Fire mitigation
Defensible space assessment
We walk the property with you and mark what needs to come out for Zone 1 and Zone 2. You get a written list whether or not you hire us for the work.
Brush and ladder fuel removal
Clearing the low limbs and understory that carry fire up into the canopy. Priced after the assessment, because acreage tells you almost nothing about the work.
Haul-away and chipping
Everything cut goes on the truck the same day. No piles left behind.
Regular yard care
Seasonal cleanup
Needle rake, gutter clear, cut back what has grown into the house.
Gravel and decomposed granite refresh
Top-up and rake, edges re-cut. Granite supplied and spread.
Irrigation check
Every emitter checked, heads adjusted, timer set for the season.
Tree work
Limbing and thinning
Raising the canopy and taking weight off limbs over a roof or a driveway.
Small removals
Up to about 20 feet, away from power. Anything bigger we will tell you to call an arborist — and we will give you two names.
